Everyone- Let Christy rest for this week. Please don't call Swedish and try and not visit there
this week. She is heavily medicated and needs sleep. Her family and the nursing staff have
asked to "let her rest" "leave her be."
She will NOT be alone. We have a system worked out for 3 close to Christy to be 24 hour
caregivers. We are taking turns for just this week. Then when she enters Rehab
next week EVERYONE - not all at once!! - can go and sit with her- help her- visit her-
bring her kids to her- etc...
Just not this week :)

Our hearts and prayers go out to all of you. We are so thankful that you are in good hands and recovering from this horrific event. When the time comes please do not hesitate to call upon Group 43 for support. You are family.

If any of the caregivers need a break, please feel free to call upon other friends and neighbors to assist! We know that there is a point when a person can get a condition called "Compassion Fatigue" and needs a break! Please let us help--we need you to be strong too!

Dear Dustin and family,
Mike from the Vineyard announced at church what happened. Let the Lord be your strength and comfort. I have thought of you all often and pray for a quick recovery.
