Movement
Mac has been off the sedative now for 8 hours and has moved her left arm a few times on her own, The first time she did it the nurse about jumped out of her skin. The CT scan of her tummy came back clean so no bleeding in there, so it looks like she will start to get fed today, which is good since her stomach is starting to growl. The nurse moved mac to replace the sheets and her brain pressure went up and cam back down, but not as far as they wanted so they gave her a dose of meds, but not the drip again. The O2 got turned down again so she is making forward progress with that as well. She is still running a bit of a fever so we can pray about that. Her blood count is still at 23 so they are going to figure out what to do about that today. Praise God for His healing and peace for all the ladies.

Dustin, thank you so much for getting this blog set up! It was such a breath of fresh air to hear the relief in your voice yesterday over the progress and answered prayers for Christy & Mac. (& I know things are getting better when you & Christy are already joking with each other) :-) We continue to pray for healing for them as well as for Karen. We also lift you up as well, that in the midst of everything you are able to receive strength from the Lord and find rest in Him. We love you!
Christy, it has been more agonizing than ever, being so far from you! But what a blessing to hear of all the wonderful people gathering around you and commiting to being by your side for as long as it takes. Praise the Lord for all of you! I have a picture of me, you, & McKenna in my Bible that I look at several times a day, as a minute hardly goes by that you are not on my mind and in my prayers. I also took it to our home group Sunday so everyone could put those beautiful faces with the names they are praying for. There are so many people in NC & TX praying for you! BTW, the plans are already in the making and I WILL see you soon! I LOVE YOU!
Sweet McKenna, we are so excited to see how the Lord is answering prayer & taking care of you! He is so good! Don't forget you are in His hands and that's the best place to be! Joshua's memory verse this week is Psalm 105:4 "Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always." He thought it would be a good idea to pray this verse for you this morning, so we did! We are praying that you wake up soon b/c I know your Daddy is ready to see those beautiful blue eyes! We love you so much!

Psalm 105 "Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done. Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts.
